Chapter Meetings The Chicago Chapter meets on the third Thursday of every month.

Meeting cost is $25.00 Spouses attend at no cost.

Our monthly meetings are open to all Home Inspectors and Home Inspection students, as well as Realtors, Mortgage Brokers, Real Estate Lawyers and Contractors. Meetings, usually, begin at 6:30 PM but begin at 6:00 PM if continuing education classes are held.
